Uncache Dialogues provides worldwide training and stages for advocacy.

At Uncache, money is not a part of the equation because to be heard shouldn’t be a privilege.

We hold free-of-charge debate competitions, real-time advocacy lectures, public speaking training sessions, academic symposiums, and many other events, featuring national-champion-level judges, internationally acclaimed lecturers, and industry experts.

Here, we cultivate an international society that fosters a passion to speak and to listen on a global scale; a diverse body of students from more than 70 countries come together to converse, compete, connect, and—most importantly—be heard.

Myelle Mariah Rodgers

Ambassador Myelle Mariah Rodgers is the Permanent Observer of Partners in Population and Development to the United Nations, the first woman and the youngest to hold the post since 2007. She previously directed the DMUN Foundation’s Division for Policy Coordination. There she represented its 27,000+ young members in UN negotiations on international tax cooperation, the BBNJ Agreement and the International Seabed Authority. While seconded to Grenada’s Permanent Mission, she covered economic and social affairs and served as Focal Point for Grenada’s GRULAC Presidency in July 2026. Earlier, she was CEO of The Start, a Brooklyn community organisation. A QuestBridge Finalist and UN Millennium Fellow, she holds Grenadian and U.S. nationality and speaks English, Spanish and French.

Leslie Travis

Attorney Leslie A. Travis serves as Legal Counsel in the Office of the Governor of Guam, advising the Governor on the legal matters that shape the island’s policies and governance. She also serves as General Counsel of the University of Guam, where she is the University’s Chief Legal Officer and advises the President and the Board of Regents. A graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Law, Attorney Travis has been a member of the Guam Bar since 2005 and is also admitted to practice in California. With two decades of legal experience, Attorney Travis brings a firsthand view of how law and executive decision-making meet in public service.

Jaewon Choi

His Excellency Mr. Jaewon Choi – H.E. Mr. Jaewon Choi is the Executive Director of the DMUN Foundation, the world’s largest international NGO dedicated to the representation of children and youth in multilateral institutions. Its programs welcome over 25,000 young people from more than 162 countries. He also serves as Managing Director of the Katija Hyoungjoo Neuber Institute, a youth-led policy think tank, and as Thematic Focal Point on International Tax Cooperation for the UN Major Group for Children and Youth. His Excellency was also the youngest keynote speaker for the ECOSOC Youth Forum and the youngest opening speaker of the Ministerial Segment of the High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development.

We had some fun!

On March 21st, 2026, Uncache Dialogues (at the time, DAYS) joined forces with Debate Get Together for the Seoul International Round Robin (SIRR), an international round robin – format one day debate event. Together, we welcomed global young minds to experience competitive debate, completely free of charge. SIRR received registrations from 100 young students from 25 countries. We were joined by quality university level judges. Global competitors, certified awards, we had it all.

Why “Uncache”?

Advocacy in 2026 is automated. Like cached data, arguments are pre-saved, repetitive, and represented by proxy. Youth perspective is assumed and speculated. A box checked off. Even when the most privileged youth can buy seats in the room, the rest are forgotten. Uncache Dialogues rejects this norm. We nurture and amplify real, authentic youth voices without the entry barrier. Live, dynamic, and diverse advocacy. We’re uncaching and un-cashing dialogue, real-time.
